Crowson’s new computer system goes live
Crowson Fabrics have made a significant investment in a new computer system, Metrtex from market leaders Reflex Data Systems. We are please to announce that Mertex went live on the 1st of March this year. This system will provide us with the following:
• Accurate information, and more of it • Highly efficient warehouse operations • Less time spent on paperwork • Reduction in errors • Effective quality control • Full integration between operational areas • Control of supplier performance •
What this means to our customers:
Mertex is a fully integrated system designed specifically for the fabric and textile industry to handle sales and purchase order management, automated warehousing, manufacturing and accounting functions.
We are implementing this system to provide seamless customer service. This will be a constantly evolving system, which will ensure that we can provide our customers with the support and high standards that they have come to expect from us for many more years to come. We will be able to deal with all our customer enquires on a much more personal level, having complete and instantly updated access to all there account information at a touch of a button. I’m sure we will all begin to see the benefits of this system very soon.
Four exiting new ranges are launched this spring.
In a continuation of this strong investment, and following on from our successful autumn ranges, we are launching four new collections under the Crowson banner this spring.
Pandora: A stunning collection of contemporary prints. Ancona: A richly textured plain chenille. Paloma: 3 Exquisite embroideries and Complements 2: Small scale jacquard weaves.
